You would have thought by now the truth about weight loss would be common knowledge among the masses. After all, our country alone spends billions of dollars each year in research trying to solve the problems that are found in overweight people. You would think by now our country and the countries of the world would be benefiting in this great quest for knowledge, and knowledge sharing, for the resolution to this problem. The truth however is that over the last 15 years, weight loss in this country has gotten worse and not better. Our overweight solutions have shown little benefit if any and ineffectiveness in the long run of things. Could it be that because the solution to the problem is so shockingly simple, that if revealed to the masses it could cause an economic collapse to a certain part of our economy? Why have we not (at least in America) experienced a decline in obesity or at least benefited from a national designed program that have shown some long terms effects and benefits in bringing down this problem of obesity? Let us look at what we have been told and why they have been proven ineffective in the long run. Lastly, let us reveal the truth about weight loss.
First, in the past we have been told that if we intake a “low calorie diet” we would be bound to lose weight. Though this may appear to be true on the surface, in the long run it too is ineffective. This low calorie diet essentially comes down to denying yourself food each day, but the problem is as soon as your metabolism(your fat burning mechanism) detects a drastic change in calories it too adjusts itself into burning less calories, essentially offsetting any efforts you are making as time passes.
Secondly, we are told to take on a “low fat diet.” Now this too may seem logical and effective but it too has proven to be ineffective. Every since this message has been propagated, people have been rushing to the store and dutifully choosing products with low fat content. Most of us are now aware to look for the products with the “low fat gram.” However, even this too has proven to be ineffective in the long run. People in our society are getting bigger and fatter each day even as they change to the “low fat lifestyle.”
Thirdly, we are told to also take on a “low carb diet.” This not only have proven to be ineffective over the long run but it can simply leave you feeling miserable as its drains your energy system. People going to restaurants ordering low carb diets for years can testify to the fact that they have not seem a sustainable reduction in their weight since starting their low carb diet routine, though most of these diet plans does require tremendous discipline.
Fourthly, what about certain dieting programs, for example, Jenny Craig, and Weight Watchers? Though these plans seem to be somewhat more effective they do involve expensive diet meals over time and a longer time for weight loss at a slower pace than other programs, but the truth of the matter is that the masses of our society either do not get involved in these type of programs whether it is financial or some other reason. These programs may have some effect but overall speaking, they have not shownsignificant decrease in the overall reduction in the nation’s obesity problem. Again, the obesity problem has increased over the last 15 years, not decreased.
So you may ask, what is the real reason why I am fat? You are most likely overweight because you are eating the wrong foods, along with the wrong calories per meal, and you are probably eating meals in the wrong pattern each day. In short, you are fat most likely because you are not eating the right foods at the right interval each day. It is now being proven that food is more powerful than any weight loss pill you may get because it has the power to turn on or off your fat burning engine. In fact, eating more of the right food at the right time of the day can actually make you much thinner at a much faster rate. The pattern in which you eat your meal is more powerful than any pill. The truth is, because your body is like an engine, it only needs certain foods at certain intervals of the day. If you do not eat the right foods at the right time of the day your body will not burn those calories and therefore they are stored as fat tissue which will make you fat.
In conclusion, the solution to your overweight problem could actual be more (not less) of the right food at the right interval of the day. It is not in starving yourself. Learn more at weight loss!
